  • Manufactured from special wear resistant steel with exceptional toughness and hardness – CPM 10V & Vanadis 10 or D2

When the shut off nozzle is collapsed (See #1 Nozzle) the channels for the plastic come in to contact with each other from the shut off body and the shut off nozzle (See #2 channels). When backing away the spring will dislocate the nozzle and body material channels (see springs) and will shut off.

The contact area with the injection ring is large and will insure long life expectancy. The exit slots are cut in the same direction as the reciprocation rotation. This improves the reciprocation and will not break up the fibers and destroy the strength of the product like ordinary tips
